That along with being tortured and brutalized by the Sons of Set, she can hardly hold herself together. Thank God for Seth’s touch! That warm, tingling sensation that drowns it all out. Yet her heart struggles to stay focused. She must quickly embrace her destiny before the secret name of Ra falls into the wrong hands.

The second book of the Descendants of Isis series is as good as the first, if not better. It was more sensual, more fast paced than the first one. I absolutely could not put this book down. You cannot imagine how glad I am that I discovered this author.
I must tell you that I keep forgetting that Natti is english. I dont know why, and it surprises me when she says very english things. Anywho, she seemed just as strong as ever, but the character I loved a lot more was Seth. Yea, I wanted to bash his face in while reading the first book, but I really grew to wanting to read his POV more and, well, I just love him.
The settings are amazing, and dont get me started on the mythology. Im starting to get really facinated with it, especially Set. This series is the second time I have come across his name, and Im very curious.
There were some hints that a third book is due, and OMG I cant wait. I have a feeling that its going to get better! So Im waiting anxiously.
If you have not checked out this series yet, I really suggest that you do! Its totally worth the read.
